  • Prescription uploads are reviewed by a registered pharmacist (either on our platform or the fulfilling seller’s team) before prescription (Schedule H/H1/X) medicines are dispensed, in line with applicable Indian drug regulations.
  • We retain prescription records as required under applicable pharmacy and drug laws.
  • We do not use your prescription or medical order history for purposes unrelated to fulfilling your order and improving your care experience, without your explicit consent.
